Here's what the humans have to say about me:
They called her Booger who, at just 12 weeks old, found herself in a very high kill shelter. Why? “Her legs don’t work,” they said. Her owners turned her over to a shelter in West Virginia to die. She had no chance of survival there and when we saw her story, we couldn’t turn our backs so at noon on 9/19/12, “Booger” becomes “Annie” and is an official CBR girl.
We need your help!
Annie’s legs are obviously not working but we don’t know why. Her first stop will be to our general vet where she will get a general exam. From there Annie will need to see a Neurosurgeon to determine why she isn’t mobile, and more than likely, surgery. She may also need an orthopedic surgeon. Xrays, MRI, tests, veterinary specialists, special transportation to specialists, and probably rehabilitation services…..you can imagine the cost. Without donors, we cannot give Annie the expert help of our veterinary partners. WE NEED YOU! We are estimating her care to be $5,000. All donations are tax deductible as allowed by law, so please….PLEASE, look into those eyes and join in to help Annie!
