My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bruin is an approximately 7 year old male Great Pyrenees. He is looking for a forever home in which he can spend his old age in the comfort of a warm environment with a family who will love him and treat him gently. Bruin lived his entire life in a pen on a farm in North Dakota and was turned in to Rescue due to his age and special needs. He has weakness in his back legs, which is managed with a daily pain medication.

He has made great strides since coming into foster care. He has learned to walk sedately on a leash, is completely house trained, and loves the comfort of a warm rug. He is still quite timid and cautious of people, but has a sweet, gentle demeanor and would be most happy in a quiet, low key home. He is excellent with children, other dogs and takes no notice of the cats in his foster home. Please consider giving this senior gentleman a chance to enjoy his retirement with you.

An adoption application, site visit and adoption fee are required to adopt Bruin.
