Stripes's Story...
Stripes is such a sweet boy and oh so handsome. He looks like a solid black kitty but hold him up to the light and you can see the stripes in his coat shimmer in the light. He purrs like a motorboat and loves to play with toys, his siblings, your finger, anything is fine with him. After play time he is very happy to curl up with you for a little nap. He does love to cuddle. He is an awesome boy, eager and ready for a home of his own. He is up to date on his vaccinations, litter box trained and negative for feline leukemia.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Stripes, a Red Bluff Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Red Bluff, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Red Bluff.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Red Bluff already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Red Bluff breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Red Bluff paves the way for another one to be saved.
