Blue's Story...
Blue is a striking young man, boasting an extraordinary blue gray fur coat and an endearing face! Blue is a study of contrasts - well behaved and snuggly one minute, playful and crazy the next! In other words, a purrfectly well-rounded cat!

Mr. Blue is an extremely sweet kitty that loves to snuggle with his people. The volume of his purring seems to increase in correlation with the amount of affection showered upon him! He has a great purr motor! Blue's pretty funny...typically within moments of rubbing his chin or scratching his head, Blue flops on his side, exposes his tummy, and stretches out his legs in total relaxation. In fact, it is hard to imagine a more relaxed cat! Note: The flopping over and stretching is meant to encourage you to continue rubbing his chin and scratching his head, it is NOT a signal to end this interaction! (Blue wanted to be sure there was no misunderstanding!) Blue loves to warm laps and has been known to drool with happiness. He enjoys being pet and likes being brushed. Blue takes pride in his handsome fur coat by keeping himself well groomed.

When Blue decides it is playtime, he doesn't sit still for a second! Our active guy loves chasing after wand toys and playing floor hockey with plastic balls.

Blue is an affectionate, fun, and playful cat who will make a great addition to just about any family! Blue is a recent rescue, so as we learn more about this sweetie's purrsonality we will update his biography to further convince you that the emptiness you may be feeling in your heart and home can only be filled by adding this loving little guy to your family! Why Adoption is a Great Option

Blue, a Phoenix Russian Blue cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Russian Blue for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Russian Blue cat from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Russian Blue breeders who help with Russian Blue rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
