Sissy's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Sissy's Story...
My daughter and I were coming home from a softball game in the country and found this sweet girl. We believe she had just been DROPPED OFF. Scared to death my daughter (10) picked her up and Sissy started wining, so happy that someone picked her up. We took her home and gave her a bath, she feel asleep in my daughters arms.
If you leave her alone in the bedroom and you are close by she will cry out to you. She does not want to be left alone (who would blame her, after what happened to her). If you leave the home she is fine, we turn off the TV to let her know we are gone that seems to be ok with her. No crying.
Sissy loves to be with you sitting on the couch with you and even sleeping in the bed. We think she is about 2 years old. She will steal your heart when you meet her.
I need a loving, affectionate family who can help me grown into a wonderful adult dog...I hope you are that family!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sissy, a Londonderry Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wirehaired Fox Terrier for sale in Londonderry, or seeking a Wirehaired Fox Terrier dog from a breeder in Londonderry.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Londonderry already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Londonderry breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wirehaired Fox Terrier breeders who help with Wirehaired Fox Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Londonderry paves the way for another one to be saved.
