Tallulah's Story...
Hi my name is Tallulah! I'm an orphaned looking for a home of my own! Right now I have a wonderful foster family looking after me while I wait. I'm hoping that I'll have my own home in time for the holidays! That would be the BEST GIFT EVER!

I like to go on walks but my most favorite thing is to be with people. I'm an awesome snuggler and will sit with you for hours. Whether you're at the house or sitting at your favorite cafe, that's fine with me. I'm happy to tag along. I've been told I'm quite the conversation starter so I guess that means I can help you make so new friends too! I like everyone!

I'm small so I don't need too much exercise but a nice walk around the block to catch up on all the neighborhood gossip is perfect for me. I'm past the puppy stage too so no need to worry about me chewing, digging, barking or peeing in the house. All and all I'm pretty low maintenance. I do however have a really big heart full of love! Now I just need my own family to lavish it on! If that's you, please fill out an application for me today! I can't wait to meet you!

Please go to www.azrescue.org for more information.

Tallulah weighed 7.7 pounds when we saved her from the kill list.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tallulah, a Phoenix Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Dachshund for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Dachshund breeders who help with Cavalier King Charles Spaniel/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
