About Our Rescue Group...
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the health & welfare of companion animals. We are a NO KILL rescue group. Spay/Neuter, public education regarding animal health care & reducing pet overpopulation with resultant euthanizias are our top priorities. We are a soley volunteer operation and rely on our adoption fees and public donations to care for our animals until they find permanent homes. We do not have a shelter for the cats, but rely on "foster" homes for their care & socialization until they are adopted. WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING HOMES FOR FOSTERING BABY KITTENS AND ADULTS.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Missy, a Jeffersonville Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Jeffersonville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Jeffersonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jeffersonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jeffersonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jeffersonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
