Denny's Story...
Denny is an 8 year old poodle cross. Denny is blind due to cataracts; however, St. Martin’s is currently fundraising with the goal of providing cataract removal surgery for him. It would be a joy to us to offer him the gift of his vision back when he has another half of his life to live. Denny is a very sweet boy that will melt into his person and will rub his head all over your legs. His coat is very soft and he is a gentle boy. Although he is blind, he figured out the doggie door right away and is completely housetrained! Denny would just like a quiet place to call his own. He is good with other dogs and good with cats. Denny would be good with gentle children because of his blindness, he startles easy and when approaching him. It is important to let him hear your voice so he doesn’t jump and get scared when you touch him. Denny is neutered, up to date on vaccinations including rabies and is microchipped. If you would like Denny to be a part of your household then please contact St. Martin’s Animal Rescue at stmartinsanimalrescue@hotmail.com or 503-857-5047.
