Castle's Story...
Here is a beautiful 11 month old terrier/heeler mix named "Castle" She is loving, loyal, great with kids and SUPER smart! Castle needs to be in a home where she is an only pet due to her love of "herding" other dogs.
She doesn't do this with small children with being raised for her short life with a 2 & 3 year old. She is 99% potty trained, crate trained and walks very well on a leash =)
This little girl needs her forever person that will take her on daily walks/runs and be there to snuggle with at night. If you'd like to meet this beautiful pup, contact us with an interest/adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Castle, a Bellingham Australian Cattle Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
