Buster's Story...
Talk about good looking....isn't he gorgeous? He is also pretty energetic - so he needs a family or a person that will want and be able to exercise him. One of the great things about him is that he does have a decent amount of obedience training under his belt - sit, down, come, stay, paw and quite. He is a smart guy, eager to please, and treat motivated. Additional training will be a must for him because he still acts very much like a puppy. He is going through leash training now, and walks well in a harness. He is a happy and goofy boy that will make you laugh and smile everyday. Unfortunately, his previous family didn't have time for him, so he pretty much lived his entire short life in a crate. He is loving his new found freedom but what he really needs is a home. Is your home the one?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buster, a Gilbert American Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Bulldog for sale in Gilbert, or seeking a American Bulldog dog from a breeder in Gilbert.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Gilbert already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Gilbert breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Bulldog breeders who help with American Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Gilbert paves the way for another one to be saved.
