CARAMEL is just about as sweet as her name. This gorgeous tan, with black tips, 16.7 lb, 5 yr old Lhasa Apso is a wonderful companion. She is such a loyal girl....gets along with everyone except maybe the post man or UPS carrier! By her breed, she can be protective, but she has improved tremendously since her arrival. She came with Lollipop and we thought they would have to stay together...but Caramel is happy just being with another dog as a companion. She does love to play...and she loves toys. To see her personality and playfulness, you would think she was much younger! Poor thing got a nasty case of kennel cough and so she has not yet been at adoptions and probably will make her debut the first weekend in December. She seems to be potty trained when on a schedule, going out three times a day....and she loves her walks. She is a sensitive kisser and cuddler....she is pretty quiet unless to alert and she loves other dogs, people and even kids (over 8 yrs old please). The ideal home for Caramel would include a yard, another dog and a family to love her. She will give back 100x.

Most Sundays, unless we are doing a special event, we are at My Pet Naturally (12001 W. Pico Blvd., West LA 90064) from 11a-3:30pm. You can see this, and many more, adorable pups at this weekly event! Please do call us if you are coming to see a particular dog to make sure he/she will be at adoptions (we do not bring sick dogs to our adoption events). Please bring a copy of your application and pictures of your home and yard if we have not done a home check! Most importantly, if you have a dog, make sure you bring him or her to do a compatibility match with the dog you are interested in adopting!!!
