Nina's Story...
Hello there, my name is Nina. I am a sleek and soft black shepherd/cattle dog girl. I have an athletic build and my foster mom says I would be great in agility or fly ball. I am very smart and learn quickly. I am a unique kind of dog. My main goal in life is to make sure that my family is ok. I always watch out for them and I want to stay right by their side. The best place for me to be when you have to leave is in my kennel. I feel safe in there. I enjoy other dogs to play with, but my foster mom won’t let me play with her cats because she says they don’t like to be chased. When AZ Furry Friends rescued me I had just given birth to 9 puppies in the county shelter! Whew, I’m glad that’s over with! I am spayed now so no more puppies for me. All of my little guys have been adopted and I think it’s my turn now. : )

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nina, a Phoenix Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Australian Cattle Dog/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
