My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Thank you for your interest in Suzy. Suzy is under a year old. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle, gets along well with other dogs, a medium energy dog, loves to play but not crazy like a pup her age, she knows how to climb so she can be an escape artist. Spayed, current vaccinations, heartworm preventitives, micro chipped. Look at that face, anyone would be lucky to have her!! The rescue who is bringing Suzy has the information on Suzy's background. The rescue has asked Dog Days to pre-screen interested adopters for all of their dogs coming to our event. Was due to be killed at a shelter because she had a doggie cold. Was given a 2nd chance. Picked up as a stray but looks like she was someones pet at one time. Suzy Rescued from a Shelter. She is under a year old. Boxer, Shepherd mix. She is very sweet and loves to cuddle. She is 40 pounds of puppy. Gets along well with other dogs. Medium energy dog, loves to play but not that crazy energy of a young dog. She knows how to climb so she can be an escape artist. She is spayed, current on vaccinations, on heartworm preventives, and micro chipped. She would love to have a family of her own and the family that adopts her will be one lucky family!!! How can you resisit that beautiful face?

APPLICATION FORM: http://godogdays.org/find-my-new-best-friend.htm (Copy and paste to browser.)

If you would like to begin the application process, please fill in the form at the link above and we will review your information, call your personal and well as vet references. PLEASE Fill in the application if you're interested in adoption, this will save you time at the event. A letter from your vet on their letterhead will also be very helpful if they won't be open for us to call as a reference. If you are renting, please note you must have a written letter of permission from your landlord to own a dog on their property. Dog Days will be conducting interviews of prospective adopters. As a policy, Dog Days will not hold dogs for potential adopters so it is important to come to the event by 11:00am Saturday morning if you have your heart set on a particular dog. We will be posting more information on each dog as we get closer to the event weekend which is December 1st and 2nd at the PETCO in Clinton, CT (map below). PLEASE NOTE THAT DOGS ARE GIVEN TO THE BEST HOME, NOT FIRST IN LINE.
