My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jesse, like most flat-coated retrievers, is sweet, laid back and a dream to have around. She's just a big love bug who does like to play with the other dogs as well.

Jesse needs to lose a few pounds so she would like to live with someone who likes to walk every day. She came from the Show Low area so she's not very used to this warm Phoenix heat.
Thus, her owner needs to be aware that Jesse's black color, size and ability to take the heat is lower than most dogs. Early morning and evenings walks will work out much better for Jesse.
