Polly Pocket's Story...
Polly is a 6 month-old female miniature Schnauzer mix. She is sweet and friendly but like most mini dogs, she is timid if everyone is moving around fast and there is a lot of commotion. She is great with other dogs, cats, and children. She is crate trained. She also walks well on a leash and is not a barker.

Polly is currently 7 lbs. and we expect she will reach a maximum of 10 lbs. She is up-to-date on her vaccinations and wormings and has been placed on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. She is also spayed.

If you are interested in making little Polly a member of your family for life, please contact her adoption coordinator at moore1148@hotmail.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Polly Pocket, a Lebanon Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Schnauzer (Miniature) for sale in Lebanon, or seeking a Schnauzer (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Lebanon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lebanon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lebanon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Schnauzer (Miniature) breeders who help with Schnauzer (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lebanon paves the way for another one to be saved.
