Winona's Story...
My name is Winona! I was rescued from a hoarding situation. I am so happy to be living the good life now.

I am adorable, that's what I keep hearing and it makes me smile. I am the sweetest little girl ever, that is what my foster mom says. I am just a little tiny girl, but I am working on being house-trained and I'm very smart.

I love to play with toys and romp around with my two brothers. I know that I will love you to the moon and back if you would like to adopt me. I can't wait to find my forever home. And if you would like to foster to adopt me, please contact Miss Bridget with MRT. She will be able to tell you all about me and our adoption process.

I'm not spayed yet, but I will be soon. If you are interested in adopting me, please go ahead and fill out an application.

I can't wait to meet my forever family. I know you are out there.

Love,
Winona

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Winona, a Louisville Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) for sale in Louisville, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) puppy from a breeder in Louisville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Louisville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Louisville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier/Poodle (Miniature) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Louisville paves the way for another one to be saved.
