Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Midnight is not a Tree House admitted cat, but in a foster home of one of our volunteers. Please contact Kari at kari@treehouseanimals.org if you are interested in learning more about Midnight.
Midnight is in desperate need of a long term foster home or adopter! He is a very sweet cat and also healthy. He was approximately born in 2010 or 2011.
Midnight has tested positive for FIV. Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) causes a weakening of the immune system in cats. It's often compared to human HIV, but FIV is not transferable to humans or other species. It is also difficult to transfer to other sterilized cats, and we believe that mixed FIV and non-FIV households can work if managed properly. If kept indoors in a stress-free environment, with regular medical care and high-quality nutrition, most FIV+ cats live long and healthy lives.
