Buttercup's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Buttercup's Story...
Buttercup is 8lbs of total terrier sweetness! She is just 2 years old and a tiny little thing with a black button nose. She was a stray and found herself at a high kill shelter where St. Martin’s rescued her. She would make a great little dog for any living situation. She is good with other dogs, good with cats, but because of her tiny size, she should be in a home with no children or older children only. Buttercup is spayed, current on all vaccinations including rabies and is microchipped. If you would like Buttercup to be a part of your household, then please contact St. Martin’s Animal Rescue at or 503-857-5047.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Buttercup, a Sheridan Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Sheridan, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Sheridan.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sheridan already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sheridan breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sheridan paves the way for another one to be saved.
