Tia's Info...
| Breed: | Chihuahua | Color: | Black - With Tan, Yellow Or Fawn | Age: | Young |
| Size: | Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less | Sex: | Female |
Meet Tia, She is a sweetheart and is very loving, loves to cuddle and be held in your lap/. She only weigh about 8lbs. She has quite temperament and will do better in a quite calm atmosphere because sudden moves or noise scares her. Would not recommend her in a home with small children.
She has been fully vetted to include spay, blood/fecal testing, up to date on vaccinations, micro chip and is heart worm negative being kept on heart worm prevention.
If you interested in adopting Tia you can emailfixingfaulknercounty@gmail.com and a application will be emailed to you or go to fixingfaulknercounty.com and fill in our on line application. Please also look at her sister Sassy if possible they would love to be adopted together.
Rescue Group Info...
We are a no kill rescue group that was established 20 years ago with a mission to adovocate for animals through spay/neuter assistance programs, affordable vaccination clinic and by helping homeless strays find permanent homes. We are ran by all volunteers and are funded exclusively by local donations, fundraisers and grants. We do not have a shelter so we house our animals in a small network of foster homes. Close to 8,000 animals have been rescued and adopted with an additional 10,000 sterilized for financially needy families in our community.
We do not have a shelter. Our pets are being cared for in foster homes. We allow our prospective adopters to meet the animals once an application has been approved.
Once you email us about a animal that you are interested in we will email you an application that you can fill out on line and email back to us.( Our animals are not adopted on a first come basic, we try to match up the pet to the best possible home for them and the family adopting !) So please do fill in every field and add anything that you would like us to know about your family. We do verify references and all other information on the application. After your application has been processed we will contact you by email or phone. If your home was approved for adopting that animal or we know of another animal that we feel would be good for you we will contact you by phone or email to set up a appointment with the foster parents for you to meet the animal. All our animals are fully vetted and there will be an adoption fee to cover that cost.
All towns in Arkansas and the New England states where they do not have a animal overpopulations problem because their spay/neuter programs as well as animal control faculties have been in place for many years.
