Garfield's Story...
Garfield is a MIRACLE kitty!!! He came to us from a hoarding situation :( BUT LOOK AT HIM NOW!!! He is LOVABLE and FULL OF PERSONALITY AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICS HE LOVES TO HANG OUT ON YOUR SHOULDERS :-) HE IS A PLAYFUL KITTY WHO LOVES TO PLAY WITH OTHER KITTIES AND HE NEVER MEETS A STRANGER!!! HE IS DEFINTIELY NOT A "TYPICAL CAT" AS HE LOVES TO BE WITH HIS HUMAN ALL THE TIME...IF YOU LEAVE FOR WORK OR ERRANDS HE IS JUST FINE PLAYING ON HIS OWN BUT THE SECOND YOU COME HOME, HE COMES RUNNING TO THE DOOR TO GREET YOU AS IF HE WERE SAYING "IVE MISSED YOU! HUG ME!! " HE IS A CHARACTER!!! A VERY SWEET BOY!

GARFIELD is approx 8 months old and is current on vaccines and is on flea/tick preventative. He is fostered in the Tri City, TN area. He is available for transport if an out of state adopter is approved for adoption. If you are interested in making Garfield a part of your family, please contact us at 2care4rescues@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Garfield, a Bluff city Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Bluff city, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Bluff city.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bluff city already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bluff city breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bluff city paves the way for another one to be saved.
