Mystical's Story...
Mystical is such a gentle boy. He longs for companionship and welcomes attention. He even meows quietly to talk a bit with you.

This boy's owner had to move home and he was not welcome. He was then presented for euthanasia at the vet so he would never end up in a cage at the animal shelter. The vet phoned us and asked us to find him a home. He is so ready for one. His first few weeks in foster care were disturbing for him. He lived in a quiet room with other adult cats and hid, so we let him decide when the time was right to come out because he finally recognized that he was safe. He did, and he now waits for his care giver to visit and check on him and the others. We are eager to find him his new family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Mystical, a The Colony Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in The Colony, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in The Colony.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in The Colony already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a The Colony breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in The Colony paves the way for another one to be saved.
