Here's what the humans have to say about me:
IDGSR WELCOMES AKITA INTO THE SAFETY OF THE RESCUE!
Hi, I am Akita, a German Shepherd. I've had my heart broken by my first serious relationship. The people who claimed they loved me didn't take care of me and now I am trying to find someone I can trust again. I would love nothing more to share my life with a like minded person. I love to go for long walks, hike, I'm an outdoorsy girl and love to do fun stuff like that, I love to watch old movies, eat popcorn and snuggle by a warm winter fire.
They say Diamonds are a girls best friend but I say a German Shepherd can be your best friend. If you would like to meet and become fast friends please submit an application with IDGSR, they'll tell you more about me. luv, Akita.
Akita is a approx. 2-3 yr. old female GS who is great with other dogs and kids, and cats. Information will be updated as she is further evaluated.
She has a sweet disposition, is easy to handle, loving, engaging and will be a blessing to any family.
If you would like to add this beautiful girl to your family, please file an application.
