Our Adoption Process...
We ask that our adopters make a donation to help offset the medical costs associated with each animal. We have an application form and contract to be filled out and we also require a home inspection to make sure the animal to be adopted will fit into the new home. All our animals have been vetted, are up to date on shots, are on heartworm preventive, and have been spayed or neutered. At any point, if the new family can no longer care for the animal it is to be returned to us, so we can him or her a new home.
We Serve the Following Cities, Towns, and/or Counties...
We are based in the Daytona Beach area, Volusia County, Florida. We help animals in need in the surrounding areas of the state. We will place animals out of state provided the adoption process is fulfilled.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Penny, a Ormond Beach Black Mouth Cur puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black Mouth Cur for sale in Ormond Beach, or seeking a Black Mouth Cur puppy from a breeder in Ormond Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ormond Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ormond Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black Mouth Cur breeders who help with Black Mouth Cur rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ormond Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
