Buddy needs a new home since his current family no longer has time for him. Buddy is 9 years young He us good with kids, he's an alpha boy who is very friendly. Buddy will sit (well, for treats), he loves to chase the light from a flashilight, he rides well in the car, he's not real fond of being crated but he will settle down, he just wants to be part of the activities. He is neutered and current on his vaccines and weighs about 18 pounds. He would do best as an only dog. If you would like to be considered to adopt Buddy, you must first apply. Rescue Schnauzers usually weigh between 15-25 pounds, they are up to date on shots, heartworm tested and spayed or neutered prior to placement. We make reasonable efforts to evaluate the health and temperament of each dog, however we cannot make any guarantees. We are not a shelter and do not have a central facility. All dogs are kept in foster homes located throughout the area we cover.
PLEASE NOTE: We rescue schnauzers in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington DC and southern Pennsylvania. We can only accept applications within a reasonable driving distance of our areas of coverage. Please read the list at the top of the on-line application to see if you are in our area.
