Noelle's Story...
This precious girl is Noelle. She's 7 weeks old and is a Golden Retriever/Yellow Lab mix who came as a bit of a surprise to "mom" and "dad". She and her sister and brother came to AGB to find their forever homes - hopefully before Christmas. Noelle really wants to help her new family open all their gifts and give kisses all around. Noelle's perfect forever home would be with someone who was home a lot or able to take her along with them. She is a bundle of cuddles and kisses and love to share. Please consider offering your home for this Christmas and the many to come! See her at www.adoptagoldenbirmingham.com, call 205-290-7788 or email

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Noelle, a BIRMINGHAM Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever for sale in BIRMINGHAM, or seeking a Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in BIRMINGHAM.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in BIRMINGHAM already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a BIRMINGHAM breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in BIRMINGHAM paves the way for another one to be saved.
