My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

ChiChi is a little Love bug .... very docile and laid back.

She was adopted out but came back into rescue through no fault of her own, the new families dog just couldn't accept her.

To avoid this situation again we will only place her in a home without a dog, with a senior dog, or a very laid back dog . Her foster mom said she will do fine as an only dog since her favorite hobby is sleeping.

She needs a home with no steps or carpeted steps.

She loves car rides and walks. Even though she is 8 yrs old you would never know it. She loves to play with her foster sisters when the spirit moves her ..."typical bully"!!!!

ChiChi loves her foster mom's bed, when she can't be found - that's where she is. The more pillows and blankets the better!!! :)

She is house broken as long as you stay on her. She will go to the door. She's been trained to use a doggie door, but you have to tell her it's ok at times to go out. Other times she just goes out. ChiChi really dosen't like the rain, and she will give you dirty looks if she thinks she has to go!!

You have to clean her tail pocket two to three times a week and she DOESN'T like it. Her tail was so infected when she first came into rescue and the poor thing was in pain. It takes two people to clean it now.

She does have arthritis and we recommend maintenance pain medicine. It causes her to limp but vet thinks it's an old injury and age. It doesn't seem to stop her from running or playing.

She'll do great as someone's companion dog because she loves company, and is always by your side and she doesn't seem to mind cats.

ChiChi's adoption fee is $200, and all adopters must live in Ohio or within a 2 hour driving distance of the border.

We can not adopt out to families with children under the age of 8 years.

If you are interested in giving ChiChi her furever home please email us for an adoption form at: RescueOhioEnglishBulldogs@gmail.com.
