Here's what the humans have to say about me:

FIRST AND FOREMOST: WE DO NOT OVERLY INDULGE. Despite our names. So let’s start there: Gin (short for Virginia) and Tonic (they call me Tony). And Cab (a nice, smooth, rich burgundy color and okay flavor) and Chardonnay (a dry yet flavorful white, with hint of grapefruit). Don’t laugh. We didn’t name ourselves.......but must admit: clever!
Ahimsa Angel Mom must be quoted here: “They are SOOOOO incredibly sweet. They were abandoned together and are lucky to have been brought here. So many never make it.” So true. Too true.
So now it is YOUR turn. Two of us are black; two white. Take your pick or take us all! Then you can call us when guests arrive for parties: Here Cab, Chardonnay, Gin, and Tony. So, people, what’s your choice? All are perfectly lovely. We have something for everyone.
So don’t put in the wine cellar. Take us for walks, put us in your lap, tuck us into your bed, keep us strong and healthy. We deserve that.....all animals, large and small, deserve that, at least.
Ahimsa: compassion for all creatures great and small. We are great, and we are small. The world can be a dangerous place, for those who are vulnerable and have no voice or choice. Make YOUR choice.
