VIXEN's Story...
Vixen was looked over and over by everyone at the shelter - I had seen her there for 3 months. She was a puppy mill momma. I had a dream about her, went back and rescued her. I sure am glad I did. What a cutie. Brindle Corgi / Dachshund Mix female about 20 pounds. White chest and a beautiful brindle body. NO TAIL! Tennessee Puppy Mill raid......She gets along with all 3 of my dogs male and female and also loves to be in your lap! She is full grown and is the perfect size. I have tested her on children and she passed with flying colors. She has a very short coat! Easy maintenance! She seems to ignore my cat! All One Dog At A Time Dogs are fully vetted and come with 1 free training session from Karin's Kanines. Vixen's adoption fee is $200.00. She is crate trained and learning her manners! LAP CUDDLER....

Why Adoption is a Great Option

VIXEN, a Avon Corgi/Dachshund dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Dachshund for sale in Avon, or seeking a Corgi/Dachshund dog from a breeder in Avon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Avon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Avon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Dachshund breeders who help with Corgi/Dachshund rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Avon paves the way for another one to be saved.
