Dahlia's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Dahlia's Story...
Ms. Dahlia dressed in her Holiday finery is ready to sit under your tree...

This little girl is three years old and weighs just 5 pounds and looks to be a "mini" Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua blend.

Unfortunately, she was relinquished to the Coronado Animal Care Facility when her family moved to a residence that did not allow pets.

Shy at first, when Dahlia warms up to you, she is just about in heaven to be in your lap. No mistletoe needed for this little beauty to shower you with kisses. Since she is so very petite, a family with older children would be best for her.

Won't you welcome this quiet lovely lady into your home for the holidays!

You can meet Dahlia at the Coronado Animal Care Facility any day between 9:00am and 4:00pm (except holidays)

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dahlia, a Coronado Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua for sale in Coronado, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in Coronado.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Coronado already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Coronado breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Coronado paves the way for another one to be saved.
