Brody's Story...
Why Choose me?

Brody and Bentley are two adorable puppies that were found together. What isn’t to like about these little guys? They are small and soft, and they absolutely love each other. I had to separate them momentarily so that I could get individual pictures of them because when they’re together they don’t want to stop wrestling and playing! It was very enjoyable to watch them frolic around the interaction pen after their toys. Rope toys and tennis balls are enough to keep these boys entertained for half an hour. When we were taking Bentley’s picture, Brody stood at the fence and begged to be reunited with his brother. Brody would make a perfect holiday gift for any family looking for a playful, but also gentle, puppy.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Brody, a Athens German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Athens, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Athens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Athens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Athens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Athens paves the way for another one to be saved.
