Whoopie Cat's Story...
Whoopie Cat is a great little Lynx Point Siamese with really dark ears and tail. He's too active for us to get a good picture of him so we had to wait until he was napping.

He likes to play and pounce. Truly an animated little guy. He gets along well with other kitties and really, really liked the "warm" in front of the fireplace. Although he likes bedtime cuddles, the fireplace warm wins. When he does snuggle in, he's very experienced at purrs and making biscuits.

This little boy came to us from a large city shelter and is all ready now for his very first real home and real family.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Whoopie Cat, a The Colony Siamese kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in The Colony, or seeking a Siamese kitten from a breeder in The Colony.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in The Colony already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a The Colony breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in The Colony paves the way for another one to be saved.
