Nani's Story...
Nani is an amazing 10 month old female rottweiler. Originally she was born at Keppa Animal Rescue with her ten other siblings. She was the only female and was sought after by many families. She was quickly adopted, to what seemed like a great home. She was recently returned due to her family moving, and unable to take her along. We were also informed that once she started growing she was put outside permanently, and spent the last 8 months of her young life in the backyard. When she arrived back at Keppa Animal Rescue she was very excited, and happy. She placed her head upon my lap and just stared at me with her sweet innocent eyes, and looked completely comfortable. She loves to run around and play with the other dogs, and she is also good with cats. She had never been around them before, and so after some investigating she decided that she enjoys trying to play with them even though she is five times their size. She is good with all people, and kids as well. She can be shy when in a new environment, but she comes out of her shell once she adjusts to her surroundings. She knows her name, will come when she is called, and sit on command. She is learning basic leash behavior, and other basic training. She is still a puppy so she will need to go to a home where she will have a lot of love and attention, and a family willing to continue to work with her on training. She has been spayed, and is vaccinated. Contact us today for more information on Nani!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nani, a scottsdale Rottweiler dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in scottsdale, or seeking a Rottweiler dog from a breeder in scottsdale.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in scottsdale already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a scottsdale breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in scottsdale paves the way for another one to be saved.
