Sophie's Story...
Beauty in Blue fur. This is one of the most strikingly beautiful cats I’ve ever seen. Her name is Sophie. She is a 3 year old Persian who was surrendered by her owner for “not getting along with other pet.” This gorgeous gal does not deserve to be languishing in a cell for petty crimes. She needs a home where she can be properly worshipped and adored.

Come meet Sophie in person at the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303 (only one hour south of Charlotte, NC) or call (864) 583-4805 to inquire. This is a family friendly facility with 2 indoor visitation rooms. All cats are inside, with air conditioning, and have their own private kennel.

Sophie's adoption fee is $74.00 which includes first vaccines, Rabies vaccination, micro-chip, Feline Leukemia test, spay surgery, Free Health Check with local participating vets, one month free pet health insurance, & an I.D. Tag.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie, a Inman Persian cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Persian for sale in Inman, or seeking a Persian cat from a breeder in Inman.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Inman already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Inman breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Persian breeders who help with Persian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Inman paves the way for another one to be saved.
