Peaches is a good natured, sweet and loving, smart, tiny scruffy Terrier mix puppy that is 4-months-old and weighs just less than 5 pounds. She may grow up to be about 10 pounds or even smaller. Being that she is a scruffy type, Peaches is either LOW SHEDDING to no shedding. Peaches is very people-oriented, is fine with young children, and great with all dogs. She was rescued from a situation where a homeless man found housing and could not bring Peaches with him. Peaches is relatively calm for such a young puppy; she can actually sit on your lap and settle in. If there is another playful pup in the home, Peaches enjoys playing wrestle and chase. To show how smart Peaches is, she learned the doggie door in one day; however, she is very young, and new to the rescue, so we cannot make the claim that she is fully potty-trained. With puppy adoptions, it should be understood that adopters will need to continue with house-training, but she has already started with her training and she is also crated intermittently throughout the day, as well as sleeps in a wire crate at night, and she is doing quite well there. She is quiet at night and others sleeping are not disturbed.
Peaches is spayed, fully vaccinated including rabies, as well as micro-chipped. If you are interested in Peaches, please contact Angel’s Heart Dog Rescue at: adopt@angelsheartdogrescue.com. The phone number to the rescue is: 626-340-9316. There is no need to phone the rescue until you have first submitted an interest via e-mail. Please visit my website at: http://www.angelsheartdogrescue.com and go to the Adoption Tab to read about the adoption process; thank you!

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Norfolk Terrier for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Norfolk Terrier puppy from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Norfolk Terrier breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Norfolk Terrier rescue.
