Roger's Story...
Meet Roger! He is a feisty little guy who wants to romp and play and nap and all those other puppy things.

Roger had a rough start in life. Roger and his mom, Liberty, and all his siblings were found abandoned at a rental property when they were only about two weeks old. Liberty was a great mom, but it was an overwhelming job for her to handle alone. They were very grateful to have been taken in by the rescue and given wonderful care by an amazing foster family until they were weaned. They show their gratitude every day by their delighted reaction to everyone they meet.
Roger is back at the rescue now awaiting his forever home. He will be a wonderful addition to any family. He would love a fur or human playmate -- or both. Roger is all boy and very sociable and loving.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Roger, a Russellville Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Russellville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) puppy from a breeder in Russellville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Russellville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Russellville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Russellville paves the way for another one to be saved.
