My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Our transporter was at the shelter picking up a dachshund that we had no room for but were squeezing in anyway. She called to say that the next day was a euthanasia day and a "mostly" doxie male and a cute doxie mix puppy were on the list.

Adoptions are very slow over the holidays and we are overflowing but we decided to take them. We greased up the current foster dachshunds so we could squeeze a few more in to the foster home. (don’t worry - we did not really grease the dogs).

Six month old Boba (because he is our BOnus BAby) is far cuter in person than he photographs. He is one of those irresistible, funny looking mixes with the sweetest little doxie face. He is a cutie!

Boba is having a blast in foster care. He is romping and wrestling with all of the other dogs. He is good with everyone and we think he could make a good family dog. We defy anyone to meet him and not be charmed by him.

Boba is making fast progress on his housebreaking. He is crate trained, neutered, micro chipped and vaccinated.
