Quigly's Story...
Quigly came to us to "be put out of misery" after someone found him in a parking lot. He had clearly been tortured as ALL of his whiskers had been singed off down to the bare minimums on both sides and his front leg had been fractured. After some TLC from us, he is a snuggling, loving, purring, curious machine who loves to play and explore, but also enjoys the calm sitting of lap time. He is about 5 months old and up to date on all vaccines, has been neutered and just needs a forever home to call his own. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Quigly, a Lenexa Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Lenexa, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Lenexa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lenexa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lenexa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lenexa paves the way for another one to be saved.
