Moxie's Story...
Why Choose me?

Moxie is a sweetie. She loves being held and gives you kisses when she’s in your arms. I noticed that sometimes Moxie lifts her right paw like she has an injury. I asked an officer at Animal Control about it, and he said that he examined her and saw what could have been a bite mark, but it was superficial, and he felt like she was okay. It did not affect her walking, and she was fine on a leash. Moxie is a happy little girl that likes attention. She has an adorable face and beautiful, soft coat. Moxie shares a kennel with Ty, a little Chihuahua. They are pals and get along very well. Come meet Moxie today. I’m sure she’d love to go for a walk or sit with you and enjoy being in your arms.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Moxie, a Athens Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Athens, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Athens.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Athens already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Athens breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Athens paves the way for another one to be saved.
