Dawson's Info...

Dawson's Story...
Dawson is about two years old, healthy, house trained, neutered, descented. He is a white ferret with dark eyes. Preference will be given to a home where he does not have to be confined to a cage much or at all.

He is very sweet. He likes to be held. He comes up and asks to play. He likes to play in the rice box and the tubes. He came in with another ferret and he should preferrably go to a home with another ferret.

Dawson is a little on the thin side, but is picking up weight quickly with some good food and soup every day.

$45 adoption fee. Adoption fees help pay rescue vet and food bills. He does NOT come with a cage, though I have cages for sale for cheap. He does come with enough food for two weeks, ear wash and some bedding. I sell other supplies cheap, including: water bottles, litter pans, leashes, harnesses, shampoo, food, sleep sacks, hammocks, etc.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dawson, a Acworth Ferret was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Ferret for sale in Acworth, or seeking a Ferret from a breeder in Acworth.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Acworth already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Acworth breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Ferret breeders who help with Ferret rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Acworth paves the way for another one to be saved.
