Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tom-Bo is a 2 yr old 60 pound boxer mix with the softest fur and friendliest disposition his foster Mom has ever met. He came from a highkill facility in Georgia. He loves dogs big or small and all people, although due to his size we would recommend he not be placed with young children. He is house broken, crate trained and has good leash manners when properly directed. He is at his best when given regular opportunities to romp with bigger dogs to work out his energy and enthusiasm. When not romping with his friends, he is a big couch potato who loves to snuggle with the nearest human available. It is best that Tom-Bo not be placed with cats or other small pets. Tom-Bo is micro-chipped and uptodate on vaccinations, flea and heartworm preventatives.

LGR is a foster based rescue, which means that our adoptable dogs live in foster homes. Because they live with us, we know the habits, needs, temperament, and level of training of our dogs. To adopt an LGR dog, we ask that you first submit an adoption application (link below). When we receive your application, we will review and respond via email within 7 days. Our adoption process does more than screen applicants; it allows us to work with adopters to properly match our dogs with their forever homes. Each LGR dog is spayed/neutered, vaccinated (rabies, bordatella, DHLPP), heartworm tested (age appropriate), microchipped, and treated with heartworm and flea preventative. To adopt an LGR dog, please submit an adoption application here: http://bit.ly/LGRAdoptionApp
. As a foster based rescue, we rely on the generosity of people like you to open your hearts & homes to a dog in need. To become an LGR foster, please submit a foster application here: http://bit.ly/LGRFosterApp
