Here's what the humans have to say about me:
As HAHS now has several adoption locations, please contact Gaye at 913.661.0294 so you can find out when and where you can meet BUTTERNUT!
Butternut is a handsome 1½ year old longhair tabby boy who is so handsome! He was found in a business park's parking lot and came up to a Good Samaritan who didn't have the heart to leave him out in the cold. Butternut loves to bat balls with bells and especially likes for someone to throw them so he can chase them. He likes to follow you around so that he can get attention and get petted. Butternut is friendly and affectionate but seems to show a low threshold for stimulation so would probably do best in a quiet home. Some of this may be due to uncertainty and insecurity of how he was found.
