Odie's Story...
My name is Odie and my whole world has been turned upside down! When I was about a year old I was adopted from Wild Dog Rescue. For the past five years I have lived in a home with a wonderful owner and now I'm back! My owner can no longer care for me and now I have to wait for a new home....again....

So, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I have only lived with adults, so I'm not sure how I would be with little kids, so probably an adult only home would be best for me. I know all my basic commands and also shake...but if you want to teach me more that would be great! I may be big, but really I'm a couch potato and just love lounging around the house. Right now, I'm a little bit nervous, being back at Wild Dog, I miss my bed, I miss my family. But once I meet you and get used to you you will see my gentle loving nature. I'm sure you can understand how I feel.

Do you have room in your house and heart for a sweet couch potato like me? Want to meet me in person? Contact the folks at Wild Dog Rescue and they will help you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Odie, a Fennville Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff for sale in Fennville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff dog from a breeder in Fennville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fennville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fennville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type)/Mastiff rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fennville paves the way for another one to be saved.
