Dee Dee's Story...
Dee Dee is a beautiful two year old Pit Bull Mix. She was rescued from death row in another shelter where her time was coming to an end. She is currently in a foster home with other dogs but would prefer a home where she can be the center of attention and one that does not have any cats. If you love to curl up on the couch and watch a good movie or TV show, this is your girl! She very much enjoys snuggling and her velvety soft coats makes her perfect company! She does well with older children, would be best in a home with no small children.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dee Dee, a Muskegon American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Muskegon, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Muskegon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Muskegon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Muskegon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Muskegon paves the way for another one to be saved.
