Meet Tubbs, a cocker spaniel Puppy with a Capital P. Tubbs is bouncy, flouncy, playful and fun – a perfect companion for kids or active big kids. He is friendly and energetic and wiggly and absolutely adorable in every way!
Tubbs is in foster care because he had a very slight medical issue called 'cherry eye'. It doesn't harm him but looks kind of funny. ARCF had a vet fix him up, and hopefully he's seen the last of it.
The nitty gritty: Tubbs gets along great with other dogs, children and people. After a brief initiation, he gets along fine with cats, too. (He's not aggressive, he just wants to play!) He is crate-trained and sleeps peacefully through the night. His foster family is working with him on some basic training - walking on a leash and simple commands – but he's just a puppy, and will benefit from further training.
