Foxy's Story...
It’s hard to get a good photo of a black kitten, but FOXY is just beautiful! He has a longish coat, solid black, and is just the sweetest thing! He loves to lick his people, and will follow you around for attention. He is neutered, Felv/FIV negative, and loves other cats and people of all ages. He doesn’t love dogs yet, but due to his young age, we are sure that he would adjust to them if his FORever home has dogs. Foxy would love to meet you!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Foxy, a Nashville Domestic Longhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Domestic Longhair kitten from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
