Ruey Lewis's Story...
Hey, my name is Ruey Lewis. I am 18 months old and here's my
story.........I once had a home but I got loose one day and got myself
pregnant. Instead of taking care of me and my babies my owner dropped
me off in a ditch on the side of the road. Lucky for me a wonderful
woman found me and brought me to this rescue farm where I had ten
babies! She named me Ruey Lewis and my babies were "The Tools" Silly
woman! My babies all got adopted and now it's my turn to have a home
of my own.I am heart worm negative and house broken. I love to play
with all the dogs here at the rescue and I love kids too so won't you
consider me as your "furever" dog???

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ruey Lewis, a Foster Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Foster, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Foster.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Foster already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Foster breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Foster paves the way for another one to be saved.
