Janet's Story...
Janet is the runt of the litter, and I suspect she will likely still be rather petite even when full grown. She's extremely sweet and loving, and always wants to be cuddled. Janet has a quirky little personality, with a little bit of spunk, too. Janet would be happy as a lapdog, though we cannot confirm she will stay small enough for that to work. :)

Janet loves people, kids, dogs, cats, and anything with or without a pulse. She is the most laid back of the three females, and when I play with the puppies, she's usually the first one to climb up on my lap and watch the others play until she falls asleep.

She has the type of personality that I believe will work in many types of environments; whether it is with a single owner with no other pets, or in a large family with one or more pets at home.

If you're interested in adding this gentle, sweet, and loving little girl to your family, please email us today! Lori@theanimalpad.com

Thanks!

About Our Rescue Group...
Overview
The Animal Pad is a nonprofit, all-breed dog rescue devoted to saving the lives of dogs facing euthanasia at high kill animal shelters, as well as saving dogs from living in deplorable conditions within Puppy Mills. Our focus is on abused, neglected, injured, and otherwise special needs dogs; in addition to a focus on overpopulated breeds, such as pit bulls, pit-mixes, and chihuahuas. We rescue, rehabilitate, and re-home locally.

We are dedicated to animal advocacy, and educating dog owners on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets. We are a foster based rescue, and rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of the amazing people who make donations toward the rescue and care of the dogs we save.

We are always looking for adopters, fosters, donations, volunteers, etc.. Please let us know if you would like to get involved by contacting us at one of the email addresses found below.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Janet, a Ryland Heights American Pit Bull Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Ryland Heights, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier puppy from a breeder in Ryland Heights.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Ryland Heights already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Ryland Heights breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Ryland Heights paves the way for another one to be saved.
