Twinkle is 9 mos old. She is a cutie pie! She is 16lbs so on the bigger end of small. She is a dog who has a heart. She is a love, playful. She was in a home that she ran loose on the streets all the time. She is lucky she was never hit by a car. Twinkle is spunky, happy and always looking for a stuft toy to play with or blanket to lay on. She comes up and wants to lay with you. She loves to wrestle and play with other dogs. She is hilarious. Sweet.
