Cysco's adoption fee is $300.


Cysco is a 6 year old, 16 lb Shih Tzu. He is neutered, micro chipped and his shots are up to date. He’ s fully housetrained and will lay by the door when he needs to go outside. When Cysco first arrived at his foster home, he seemed very sad - didn't like to be petted or hugged and would not play with toys. Now that he’s had a few weeks to settle in, he loves his hugs and to be petted, is chewing on stix, playing fetch and will even give little kisses when being held. He is good with other dogs his own size. Cysco sleeps on a pillow with his humans. He would do best in a quiet home without young children, as he seems to prefer that there isn’t a lot of commotion around him. He likes to sit beside his human on the couch or on the floor by your feet.

Cysco has become a little spoiled when it comes to his treats, and will only eat chicken-based ones. When offered a different treat, he sniffs and politely walks away. Cysco had a few teeth removed before coming to foster care, but you would never know it. He eats hard food, with a teaspoon of moist mixed in. Cysco will bark when someone comes to the door or if he believes someone is in his backyard. He is a loving little guy who will be a great companion.
