Update 1/5/13: Meet Sleepy!

Sleepy and her other six siblings (all named after the seven dwarves!) were born under our rescue. There are 3 males and 4 females in the litter. Their mom is Weezie who is also posted on our site for adoption.

All of the puppies in the litter will be ready to go to their forever homes on 1/20/13. We are trying to get them lined up for homes now.

Sleepy is a cute 7 week old female. She is learning to play nicely with her littermates and is paper trained. Mom is a Chow-mix, but we don't know who the dad is.

Like any young pup, Sleepy will benefit from continued obedience training.

Additionally, we ordinarily limit adoptions to homes within CT or no more than an hour or so drive from Hartford, CT in order to be able to conduct a home visit and provide follow-up assistance when necessary. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
